Website inquiries

Information submitted through the contact form is a request for information, not an agreement for construction services. Estimates, scheduling, project scope, and any contract terms are provided separately. We may contact you by the methods you provide to respond to your inquiry.

Internal SMS notification program

Jones Construction & Restoration uses a low-volume SMS notification program to alert an authorized business owner or designated company representative when a new website project inquiry is submitted. Messages are sent to the designated representative's opted-in mobile number. Website visitors and customers are not automatically enrolled in this program by submitting an inquiry.

Message frequency varies depending on website inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and opt-out

Only an authorized business representative who has affirmatively consented may receive internal SMS alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications or HELP for assistance. After an opt-out, messages will not resume unless the recipient provides new consent. Privacy and messaging data

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to deliver operational messages. See our Privacy Policy for more information about data collection and use.
